Job Description:You’ll be responsible for preparing technical designs and cost-effective quotations for projects. You’ll work closely with clients, sales teams, and engineers to ensure that proposed solutions are structurally sound, feasible, and aligned with client needs.Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 7:00 to 17:00, and Fridays until 15:00 Key Responsibilities:Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce layout designs for hollow-core slabs
Calculate quantities, spans, and loads to determine optimal slab designs
Generate accurate quotations and layout drawings for tender and order stages
Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure alignment between design, pricing, and manufacturing.
Assist in responding to client queries and providing technical support throughout the quotation process
Requirements:
BTech or BEng in Civil
Construction experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit or other CAD software is a bonus)
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work both independently and as part of a team
Own transport
Afrikaans/English communication skills.
