Hire Resolve's client , a reputable and growing engineering consultancy known for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across South Africa, is currently seeking a Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technologist to join their Cape Town-based team. Responsibilities
-
Design of municipal services, including preparation of related documentation
-
Produce technical deliverables for bulk earthworks platforms, roads, stormwater, sewer, and water services
-
Compile bills of quantities and technical project specifications in accordance with SANS codes
-
Monitor construction during project implementation
-
Prepare as-built drawings and close-out reports
-
Develop cost-effective and innovative engineering solutions
-
Liaise with municipalities, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements
Qualifications :
-
B Eng or B Tech in Civil Engineering (Non-negotiable)
-
Eligible for ECSA professional registration within 2 to 5 years (advantageous)
Experience :
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil services design
-
Proven design experience in bulk earthworks, sewer, stormwater, and water networks
-
Experience with Stormwater Management Plans (advantageous)
-
Proficiency in Civil Designer and AutoCAD
