Ons kliënt is op soek na ’n noukeurige en betroubare Nuwe Besigheidsadministrateur om ’n sleutelrol te speel in hulle dinamiese span in die finansiële sektor. Hierdie posisie is noodsaaklik vir die voorbereiding van kwotasies en die onboarding van nuwe kliënte. Die rol vereis hoë akkuraatheid, verantwoordelikheid en die vermoë om goed onder druk te funksioneer.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede

  • Werk saam met die verkoops- en adviespan om nodige inligting in te samel

  • Kommunikeer met verskeie versekeraars om kwotasies te bekom en opvolg te verseker

  • Berei akkuraat vergelykings van kwotasies vir voorlegging aan kliënte

  • Verwerk dokumentasie vir die aktivering van nuwe versekeringbeleide

  • Stel verwelkomingspakkette saam vir nuwe kliënte

  • Hou databasisse en stelsels op datum om kwotasies en nuwe beleide na te spoor

Vereistes

  • Matriek (Graad 12); ’n tersiëre kwalifikasie is voordelig

  • 2–3 jaar ondervinding in handels-kredietversekering of soortgelyke administratiewe rol

  • Uitstekende geskrewe en verbale kommunikasievaardighede

  • Hoë aandag aan detail

  • Vlot in Afrikaans & Engels
  • Moet sperdatums kan haal en onder druk kan werk

  • Gevorderde vaardigheid in Microsoft Excel

New Business Administrator

This position is essential for the preparation of quotations and the onboarding of new clients. The role requires a high level of accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and advisory teams to gather required information

  • Communicate with various insurers to obtain quotations and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Accurately prepare quote comparisons for presentation to clients

  • Process documentation for the activation of new insurance policies

  • Compile welcome packs for newly onboarded clients

  • Keep databases and systems up to date to track quotes and new policies

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12); a tertiary qualification is advantageous

  • 2–3 years of experience in trade credit insurance or a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient in Afrikaans & English
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
