Our client is looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join their team in Paarl, Western Cape . This mid-senior level position is focused on managing and growing relationships with key agricultural customers across the Breede River Valley and Elgin regions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving agri-product sales, supporting customer needs, and contributing to the organisation’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to build strong business relationships with existing and new customers

Promote and sell the company’s product and service offerings

Initiate tailored agri solutions to help achieve sales targets within the designated region
-
Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support
-
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and report to management
-
Utilise internal and external data sources to support business-to-business engagement and growth
-
Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant external regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics or a related field
-
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the agri-business industry, particularly in packaging materials
-
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Proven sales management and advanced negotiation skills
-
Sound judgement, achievement orientation, and ability to deal with complex scenarios
