Job Description:
Managing and coordinating multiple teams across various construction sites
Overseeing and implementing projects in HVAC, Fire Protection, Security Systems, and Plumbing
Conducting daily onsite visits and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards
Delivering stock and materials to sites as needed
Maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Getting hands-on when necessary we value practical, problem-solving experience!
Skills & Experience:
Fluent in Afrikaans & English (verbal and written)
Minimum 5 years' experience in Fire, HVAC, Security & Plumbing systems
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & client-facing skills
Must be articulate, practical, and hands-on
Valid drivers license
Willingness to be on-site every day this is not a desk job
Willing to travel to different sites
Proven experience with construction project management
Qualification:
Certificate or National Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Technical knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
