Office Admin Assistant
A Distribution company in Montague Gardens (Cape Town) is looking for a Junior/entry level candidate to start as soon as possible
Requirements for this post:
· Assist with taking telephonic orders from Customers
· Assist with general admin
· Minimum Grade 12, tertiary qualification will be an advantage
· Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Time-management and organization skills
· Must be able to communicate with clients
· Good telephone etiquette
· Confidentiality
· Self-Motivated
