Key Responsibilities:Stock reconciliation and journal entries Assisting with stock takes Ensuring invoices comply with SARS requirements Processing month-end journals Managing intercompany invoicing and calculations Maintaining hire purchases and monthly allocations Capturing new assets on hire purchase agreements Managing a large Fixed Asset Register for four companies Calculating depreciation and posting monthly journals Processing opening balance journals after audits Reconciling internal loan accounts Rental invoicing and rent collection Assisting the Financial Manager with yearly audits Handling the full accounting function for four smaller entities Requirements:
Matric + relevant degree in Accounting Must have completed articles At least 5 years experience in a similar role Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken) Own reliable transport (essential) Well-organized, adaptable, and able to work independently Strong communication skills (email and telephone) Willing to work overtime during month-end A strong work ethic and sober habits What We Offer:
