Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our Sheet Metal department. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably with exposure to sheet metal processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Requirements:Education: Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a sheet metal production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of G-code programming (CAD/CAM or AP100) is advantageous.

- Strong technical and operational background.
- Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced level).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Accuracy under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks.
