Job Purpose
The Internal Sales Consultant plays a critical role in managing internal sales and procurement functions to ensure customers receive accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and a high level of service. This individual is responsible for driving spare parts sales, supporting the external sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication.

Prepare accurate quotations based on customer needs and technical specifications.

Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed sales orders.

Process orders efficiently using the ERP system, ensuring on-time delivery.

Provide customers with product advice and technical support (with training provided).

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and opportunities in the ERP system.

Assist with identifying spare parts and upselling opportunities.

Procurement

Source and purchase required components, spares, and raw materials from approved vendors.

Accurately issue and manage purchase orders.

Maintain optimal inventory levels of key items.
-
Address pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, and supplier issues.

Continuously explore cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Experience with pump systems, spare parts, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
