Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: New Germany
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
About the Company:
We are a transport company dedicated to providing top-quality services to our clients. We are currently looking for a highly organized and diligent Operations Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Daily tracking of Logistics Operations
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and documentation
Managing operation supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and organized
Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Liaising with vendors and clients as needed
Supporting the senior management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Own car and reliable transport
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
Diligent and able to work independently with minimal supervision
