Hire Resolve's Client is open to hiring a Wealth Assistant that is based in PE. They are to provide professional administrative and implementation support to a Wealth Planner and/or Wealth Manager. This includes assisting in client financial planning, reviews, investment instructions, and other related responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing
- Collate investment/fund values, performance statistics, and client information from Astute.
- Prepare retirement planning, investment proposals, and client review packs.
- Assist in drafting or reviewing client wills in consultation with the Wealth Planner/Manager.
- Facilitate payments on behalf of clients through corporate saver accounts.
- Monitor and allocate client payments to relevant investment companies.
- Handle client queries and complaints in collaboration with the Wealth Planner/Manager.
- Support clients in obtaining tax certificates and related documentation.
- Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all client interactions.
2. New Business Processing
- Execute client instructions related to investments and insurance in consultation with the Wealth Manager, and submit required documentation to service providers.
- Gather outstanding documentation and schedule medicals or other assessments needed to finalize proposals.
- Confirm implementation of instructions with service providers.
- Provide written confirmation to clients regarding the execution of their instructions.
- Follow up on pending or incomplete client matters and keep the Wealth Planner informed.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal forms and fee documentation in line with company policies.
- Compile detailed handover files for the Wealth Manager, ensuring all compliance tasks are completed.
3. General Administration
- Ensure all client documentation complies with FICA and FAIS requirements.
- Schedule meetings and manage the Wealth Planner’s diary.
- Record all client interactions and update client records in accordance with internal policies.
- Maintain both hard copy and digital client files in line with company procedures.
- Bind official documents as needed.
- Handle postage and courier logistics.
- Provide relief support for Reception, Administrative Assistant, or Corporate Cash Manager roles.
- Perform additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
