The Website and Content Manager will ensure that the website operates efficiently, delivers an outstanding customer experience, and integrates seamlessly with our digital marketing channels to drive engagement, sales, and customer loyalty.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience (5+ years) in website management, content strategy, and digital marketing. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS). Strong expertise in paid media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) and SEO. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Experience with content creation and management, including blog posts, product pages, and multimedia content. Proficient in using website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and social media analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and A/B testing. Familiarity with web development (HTML/CSS) and e-commerce integrations (payment systems, inventory tools). Experience with influencer marketing, PR outreach, and link-building strategies for earned media. Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and data-driven marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES:
(E-COMMERCE) WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & OPTIMISATION Lead the day-to-day management of the (e-commerce) website, ensuring smooth functionality, up-to-date content and optimized shopping experiences. Continuously improve the websites design, layout and navigation to enhance user experience (UX) and drive conversions. Conduct regular audits and tests (e.g. A/B testing) to optimize the sites performance, improving load times, SEO and conversion rates. Ensure the website is fully responsive, mobile-optimized and integrates with necessary back-end systems (e.g. payments gateways, inventory management) CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Develop, implement and manage a robust content strategy that aligns with the brands voice and business objectives Oversee content creation and updates across the website, including product descriptions, blog posts, landing pages, promotional material and multimedia content.
