Description:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the Payroll team. The ideal candidate will be process-driven and capable of working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting, meeting all deadlines. Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Payroll
- Accsys PeopleWare experience
- MS Excel intermediate
- Time and Attendance software knowledge
- More than 5 years experience in payroll for a big company
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll for 1250+ employees.
- Process timesheets.
- Accurately calculate all payments and deductions (increases and leave payments)
- Manage statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, WCA, garnishee orders, loans etc.)
- Maintain payroll records.
- Address employee pay queries.
- Liaise with HR Department.
- Ensure timely and proactive payroll management.
