Description:
- Project Leadership:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment of cloud solutions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to gather project requirements and define project scope. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Engage with both business and IT leaders to align cloud initiatives with business objectives, ensuring cloud technology delivers measurable business value. Cloud Solutions Implementation:
Lead the implementation of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) within the financial services ecosystem. Oversee cloud infrastructure design, optimization, and migration strategies to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Ensure the integration of cloud services with legacy financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all cloud projects adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements specific to the financial services industry (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2). Manage and mitigate risks related to cloud technologies, ensuring data protection and business continuity. Maintain a solid understanding of financial services regulations and how they affect cloud adoption. Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all cloud projects are delivered within the defined financial parameters. Allocate resources effectively, managing internal and external teams, vendors, and partners to meet project goals. Forecast resource needs and manage project timelines to prevent delays and ensure successful delivery. Cloud Strategy & Innovation:
Work closely with senior leaders to define long-term cloud strategies for financial systems and digital transformation initiatives. Identify emerging cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
