Job Overview: Our Client is seeking a white, dynamic and self-motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our Truck Rental division in Linbro Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, outgoing personality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a well-established company, with the chance to develop sales skills through in-house training and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales through direct outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the truck rental services offered and present these effectively to prospective clients. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the company CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Key Skills & Qualifications: Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and self-starting with the ability to engage customers and establish rapport quickly. Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch services to customers. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines. Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and well-presented, with a professional approach to sales and customer interactions. Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with travel and meeting customers on-site. Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: R15,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience) Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
