We're working with a leading name in the industry that is looking to bring a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager on board to take full ownership of their finance function.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Partner with operations and executive leadership to drive performance and profitability.
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Manage the monthly close process and deliver accurate management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and inventory reporting.
- Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- CA(SA)
- Minimum 1 year post-articles experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of costing principles.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
