Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to drive performance and profitability.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Manage the monthly close process and deliver accurate management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and inventory reporting.
• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum 1 year post-articles experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of costing principles.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
