Description:
- Complete general HR projects by clarifying objectives, setting timetables and schedules;
- Appoint and capture New employees information onto SAGE300 Payroll system
- Facilitate and complete all HR documentation required for appointments, terminations, death claims, disability claims, IODs etc.;
- Completion of UI19 documentation and salary schedules for terminated employees on ad hoc basis and guide branches on the process thereof;
- Update and facilitate branches with the processes relating to Department of Labour inspections;
- Request and manage process and compliance as requested by PSIRA, Compensation Commissioner and the Department of Labour;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as per instruction from time to time;
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- HR Degree or equivalent qualification from a certified tertiary institution;
- Previous HR experience will be advantageous;
- Maintain good working relations and high level of professionalism towards clients and colleagues;
- Good working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel-level 3 advanced, Power-point and Outlook);
- Sound Communication Skill (verbal and in writing);
- Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
- Good time management and must be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Be assertive and get information required;
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
- Must be willing and able to travel;
