Duration: 3 Years
Paterson Grade: E-Lower
Salary Range: R818 400 R1 636 800 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO in setting and executing organizational vision and operational strategies. Oversee daily operations, driving employee productivity and fostering a highly inclusive workplace culture. Lead strategic planning, policy development, and implementation. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the effective operation of the organization. Set performance goals, monitor operational plans, and contribute to annual performance reporting. Liaise with internal auditors to identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks. Build strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Relevant degree at honours level (mandatory) Masters in Business or additional relevant qualification (advantageous) Minimum of 15 years working experience Minimum of 3 years at Executive Management level Knowledge of: National Credit Act Relevant labour legislation Public Finance Management Act Other applicable legislation Strong leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience in risk management and compliance oversight
