Description:
This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity to build advanced NLP and LLM models that directly shape the next generation of AI-powered products. Once fully integrated, hybrid flexibility may be considered based on performance.
Youll lead initiatives in designing, training, and deploying scalable AI models, particularly LLMs, while working closely with engineers and product teams to deliver real-world impact. This is an ideal role for a hands-on engineer passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of language and machine learning.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in NLP/ML, with a focus on LLMs Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch Proven deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP Deep knowledge of statistical analysis and ML theory Familiarity with backend/full-stack integration of AI models
Other Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and time management Strong communication and team collaboration
Preferred:
Experience with NLU, NLG, and machine translation Agile methodologies, GitHub, and relevant certifications in AI/NLP
