A legal qualification such as BCom, BCom (Law), BA (Law), B.Proc, or LLB A CIS or equivalent qualification is required A postgraduate degree (LLM, MBA, MBL) Admitted Attorney status Experience & Knowledge:
810 years of experience in a company secretarial or similar role Experience at a senior operational level is advantageous Strong understanding of the Public Finance Management Act and relevant legislation Exposure to financial services will be beneficial Technical & Leadership Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, compliance monitoring, and company law Skilled in corporate secretarial practices and legal administrative requirements Ability to conduct regulatory reviews and produce research-based reports Strong written and verbal communication skills High-level stakeholder management and leadership presence Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Capable of working independently and within a team Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
