Description:
As the Group Benefits Intermediate Data Administrator, youll be responsible for managing scheme data and overseeing monthly processes for Group Risk and Retirement Fund schemes. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, handling reconciliations, supporting renewals and regulatory compliance, and resolving client queries. It also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and building strong relationships with both clients and service providers. This position requires in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, strong data analysis skills, and a proactive, service-driven approach.

Matric certificate Bachelors degree (advantageous) 35 years experience in Group Benefits RE5 Certification (Regulatory Examination 5) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of employee benefits processesKey Competencies
