Description:
As Operational Financial Manager, youll lead all aspects of financial operationsfrom budgeting, reporting, and GP analysis to cash flow management and strategic planning. You'll drive performance through insightful financial leadership, cost optimisation, and compliance. On the operational side, youll oversee payroll, daily banking, and credit note approvals, while mentoring a high-performing finance team. Youll also manage the full Debtors and Creditors function, ensuring accurate reconciliations, credit control, and streamlined accounts processes
Skills & Experience:
Registration with a professional board i.e. CA(SA) / PA(SA) / AGA(SA)
Minimum 6 10 years experience in a similar role
Ability to get operationally involved in the business and its operations
Assist in driving the strategic financial decision making
Qualification:
A relevant finance designation with a professional body
Completed Degree in Finance
