DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESHost Company & Entity Relationship Management
Identify, vet, and establish partnerships with host companies or entities to ensure quality workplace experience opportunities for candidates within industry, commerce, NGOs, and SMMEs. Foster sound partnerships that result in sustainable employment opportunities and drive economic pathways for youth. Schedule and conduct host identification meetings with all relevant team members to ensure alignment and readiness. Conduct pre-hosting site visits to assess suitability and compliance with workplace experience requirements. Establish formal partnerships with incubation hubs to expand host opportunities and enhance program reach. Grow the reach of host partners by 70% across all 9 provinces to maximize placement opportunities. Ensure YES candidates are placed in reputable workplace environments that align with the rollout plan. Liaise between host companies or entities and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of matched-placement solutions.Â
2. Operational Service Delivery
Understand Signa Opportunityâ??s services, products, and SLA requirements as per client proposals and align delivery accordingly. Track contract duration and assist in the timely renewal of existing SLAs with host companies or entities. Proactively scout, rate, and qualify potential hosts according to sector, business type, and nature of work. Troubleshoot and resolve host issues and complaints to improve the effectiveness of workplace experiences. Manage candidate allocation, including setting up, attending, and presenting at meetings with current and potential hosts. Ensure hosts have full knowledge and access to relevant resources and provide induction on workplace experience requirements. Assist in scoping roles and guiding host companies in identifying relevant roles for YES candidates. Support recruitment, selection, and candidate profiling to ensure an effective matched placement process. Provide guidance to the Recruitment Officer for effective matching candidates to host requirements. Liaise with host companies to ensure candidates have all necessary resources before the start date. Collaborate with the Workplace Coordinator Candidate and Account Manager to develop contract terms for candidate absorption and transfers. Develop the best practices for managing host-candidate relationships and improving engagement. Conduct host satisfaction surveys and provide insights to the Account Manager. Follow up on tasks and meet deadlines to achieve maximum results. 3. Risk Management
