Minimum requirements:National Senior Certificate (Matric) A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Sales Administrator/Coordinator role, preferably in the agricultural or textile sectors Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ACCPAC Drivers licence and own vehicle Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update all client and sales data accurately in ACCPAC Respond to sales queries and client requests in a professional and timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communications Work closely with warehouse, finance, and sales departments to coordinate efforts Process and follow up on orders, quotations, and customer documentation Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Management to address client needs Handle Cash Build Orders and assist with related queries Provide support to the Cash-Sales team and Reception as needed Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information shared internally and externally Oversee the daily management of post and courier deliveries Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
