Opportunity for a Financial manager Join a leading property company renowned for its dynamic portfolio and commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.My client, a leading property company, with almost 2 decades of success in the South African and Sub-Saharan African markets, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join their high-performing finance team.
Duties:
- Oversee property portfolios
- Tax
- Income statements and balance sheets
- Financial reporting
- Liaising with auditors
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting with completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role is required
- Experience with Caseware is an advantage
- Experience with MS Excel is required
