Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management: Implement safety protocols, manage chemical handling, and ensure safe machinery operation. Health Management: Monitor and address health risks, including chemical exposure and repetitive strain injuries. Environmental Management: Drive sustainability by reducing waste and energy consumption, and ensuring proper disposal practices. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain all necessary certifications and ensure adherence to local and national regulations. Training & Reporting: Conduct employee training, track safety audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7 or higher preferred). Experience: 7-12 years in SHEQ management or similar roles, with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, mining, or hospitality industries.Skills:
