Were on the hunt for a performance marketing powerhouse to lead our paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels. If you live for the numbers but think like a creative, this role is calling your name.
You will build, scale, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns that drive real business impact. From tracking scripts and attribution models to ad creatives and team leadership - you will own it all.
Requirements:
5+ years in performance marketing or paid media across platforms. Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools. Strong grasp of segmentation, targeting, attribution, and campaign optimization. Analytical mind with hands-on execution chops. Leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B is a huge plus.
