Description:
Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all manufactured products conform to quality, safety, and reliability standards. Train and mentor stakeholders on "industrialized" measuring techniques and sustainable metrology processes. Oversee quality control inspection duties, including data capture, analysis, manipulation, and communication. Perform statistical control and trending to ensure product quality consistency. Verify critical dimensions in tooling from initial design through to industrialization. Ensure product qualification aligns with sustained parameters throughout the production process. Requirements:
Matric NQF Level 4 Supervisory Management qualification. Certificate in Quality Control or related field. Minimum of 8 years' e xperience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on quality control. In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, data analysis, and statistical tools. Experience supervising/managing a team. Good communication and mentoring skills.
