Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and couriers, including emails, distributing deliveries and packages. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Provide support to various departments and managers as needed. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company. Requirements & Qualifications:
Matric or equivalent (additional certifications in Office Administration are a plus). Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Drivers license, be able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
