Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and organizational support to Senior Management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The PA will play a key role in facilitating smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring senior management activities are well-managed.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Administrative Support
Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
Perform office duties including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.
2. Communication and Coordination
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, ensuring all details are organized and well-executed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
3. Project Assistance
Assist with personal projects or tasks as required by the executive.
Research and provide recommendations on various matters, from travel destinations to event planning.
4. Time Management
Prioritize tasks and maintain a well-organized workflow for the executive.
Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in business administration
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role (2+ years).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Professional and discrete, especially when handling confidential matters.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Previous experience supporting senior executives.
Knowledge of social media management or event planning.
Property Management will be a plus.
