â Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
â Proven track record in technical sales of capital equipment and complex projects
â Experience working with customers in feed, biomass, energy, or similar industrial sectors
â Skilled in using CRM systems and managing the full sales cycle
â Fluent in English (Afrikaans or other languages a bonus)
â Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%)
â Valid driver’s license
Job Experience & Skills Required:
𧩠Strong understanding of the Feed & Biofuel market, including animal feed, pet food, extrusion, and biomass
ð Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and expand market share
ð¤ Experience managing agent and channel partner networks across a region
ð ï¸ Technical aptitude in engineering machinery, plant solutions, and project sales
ð Skilled at identifying opportunities, tracking pipeline activity, and reporting performance
ð Confident representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
ð¯ Results-driven with a structured, consultative approach to solution selling
