About the Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead and execute talent acquisition strategies within a leading insurance organisation. This role requires a deep understanding of how to identify, attract, and develop talent that aligns with the organization's long-term goals and culture. The ideal candidate will not only build and implement innovative acquisition strategies but also ensure they align with the company's overall business and cultural objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the corporation's strategic goals and culture. Work closely with senior leadership to understand the organisations needs and culture to identify the right talent. Build robust pipelines of diverse and high-quality candidates for key strategic roles. Use data-driven approaches to inform talent acquisition strategies and decisions. Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the competitive insurance sector. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior leadership positions. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast future talent needs and build succession plans. Ensure that recruitment processes are inclusive and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. Deliver a proven case study demonstrating your experience with talent acquisition strategy, implementation, and success.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of its talent requirements. Must have successfully developed and executed talent acquisition strategies that align with organisational culture. Strong knowledge of the Employment Equity Act (EEE) and a track record of hiring EEE candidates. Must have a proven track record of success, with a detailed case study demonstrating previous experience in building and implementing a talent acquisition strategy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization. Experience using advanced recruitment tools and platforms.Qualification:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition strategy development and implementation. A relevant qualification in HR or a related field (e.g., BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA
