Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in 360-degree recruitment Proven track record in revenue generation and client retention Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for sales and building long-term client relationships Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management Strong knowledge of recruitment processes within an agency environment Own reliable transport is essential
