Key Responsibilities Include:- Managing and preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- Overseeing reconciliations and general ledger functions across group entities.
- Supporting audit processes and liaising with external Auditors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting or a related field (non-negotiable).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
