Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality cardboard products, serving a wide range of industries including packaging of art, engineering, logistics, and more. They are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join their team and help them expand their customer base. They are an owner lead business.

Position Overview:
They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell their cardboard crates. This role requires a deep understanding of their product range, the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, and the capacity to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, trade shows, etc.). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in target markets. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored cardboard product solutions. Provide ongoing customer support, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge & Consultation: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings, including specifications, applications, and benefits. Act as a consultant to clients, offering advice on the best solutions for their packaging and cardboard needs. It is important that the candidate has some affinity with "3d imagination" Some engineering thinking is useful to help clients configure what the best crating solution can be for their products. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals, negotiating terms and conditions where necessary Market Research & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Regularly report on sales activities, progress toward targets, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. very hands-on with production team, not too bothered to sometimes roll up his/her sleeves Qualifications and Skills:
