Description:
As the Finance Business Partner, your duties could include the following:
Deliver in-depth financial analysis and reporting to drive division objectives
Challenge processes and build strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings
Track financial performance against targets and pinpoint areas of development
Create and oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with the companys business goals
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and informed decision-making
Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and regulatory standards
Identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies
Assist with audits and uphold accuracy in financial reporting
Track financial performance relative to targets and uncover opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with division leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, providing financial guidance along the way
Work closely with teams to understand business needs and ensure financial strategies are aligned
Present financial reports and insights in a clear, actionable format
Additional ad-hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Financial modelling experience
Proven experience implementing systems
Qualification:
Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA professional
