Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic goals
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Track financial performance against key metrics, providing insights to boost profitability
Create and manage budgets and financial forecasts aligned with company objectives
Deliver accurate financial projections to enable data-informed decisions
Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Evaluate financial risks, recommend solutions, and support audits with accurate reporting
Collaborate with leadership to align financial planning with business growth strategies
Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve operations and profit margins
Prepare clear financial reports that guide decision-makers
Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline analysis and reporting
Continuously enhance reporting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable finance role
Advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis are highly desirable
Proven proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools
Demonstrated experience supporting Sales and Marketing with financial insights
Qualification:
CA(SA), ACMA, or CGMA qualification required
