We are currently seeking a results-driven individual to join our team in a sales capacity, focused on either agricultural commodities, chemical products, or ideally both. This role is ideal for someone with a background in agriculture or the chemical industry who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Ideal Candidate Profile:- Experience in trading or selling agricultural grains (e.g., wheat, maize, rice, soybeans) or chemical products (e.g., synthetic rubbers, resins, plastics). Exposure to both sectors is a plus.
- Strong grasp of global market pricing and supply-demand dynamics.
- Proven ability in sales development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Skilled in supplier sourcing and relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and strategic planning.
