Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior executives and sales teams? We are seeking a PA / Sales Support Officer to assist in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Senior Sales Team. Ideally, this person should have a corporate background, preferably someone who has worked for an Executive in the corporate world. Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & Executive Assistance:
- Act as a liaison between senior management and clients (internal & external).
- Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries.
- Manage calendars, book appointments, and plan travel arrangements.
- Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
- Assist with time management and general errands as required.
Administrative Duties:
- Produce reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Maintain and improve filing systems.
- Source and manage office supplies.
General Support:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Take on ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Relevant diploma (advantageous).
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Competencies:
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner with solid research skills.
