Description:

Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for supporting senior executives and sales teams? We are seeking a PA / Sales Support Officer to assist in providing high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Senior Sales Team. Ideally, this person should have a corporate background, preferably someone who has worked for an Executive in the corporate world. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Executive Assistance:
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and clients (internal & external).
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage calendars, book appointments, and plan travel arrangements.
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
  • Assist with time management and general errands as required.

Administrative Duties:
  • Produce reports and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and improve filing systems.
  • Source and manage office supplies.

General Support:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as directed by management.


Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Relevant diploma (advantageous).

Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Competencies:
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Quick learner with solid research skills.
  • Effective planner and time manager.
  • Follows instructions and adheres to deadlines consistently
