Description:
Requirements:Diploma or bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 12 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk. Proficient in Excel and Sage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and capture supplier invoices. Liaise with suppliers for statements and payment issues. Reconcile supplier statements with recorded transactions. Assist with supplier payment processing. Process and reconcile customer accounts. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts. Manage customer queries related to accounts and payments. Prepare weekly target tracking reports for the sales division. Assist with monthly management pack preparation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks for the finance department. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation. Assist the financial manager with additional tasks as needed.How to Apply:
