An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Chef to join a dynamic hospitality team. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a lodge or upscale hospitality environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full culinary operation of the property Design and execute creative and seasonal menus Lead and manage the kitchen team effectively Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards Monitor food cost, stock levels, and inventory control Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through consistent culinary excellence Foster creativity, innovation, and strong leadership within the team Qualifications & Experience:
Formal culinary training with relevant qualifications (e.g., diploma or degree in culinary arts) Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a 4/5-star lodge, hotel, or resort Comprehensive understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and modern food trends Demonstrated ability in menu planning, stock control, and kitchen team management
