Qualifications:National Diploma or BTech in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or Environmental Science. Relevant certifications: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; SAMTRAC, NEBOSH or equivalent. Added advantage: Environmental and Waste Management training. Experience:
57 years in a similar SHERQ-focused role within a power or process plant. Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, and power generation environments. Familiarity with risk assessments, legal compliance, environmental systems, and incident investigations. Practical understanding of PPE, HSE emergency handling, and waste management protocols.
