- Oversee conservation and reserve management.
- Plan and implement sustainability and community projects.
- Manage the elephant department and orphanage.
- Handle pest control and fleet management.
- Coordinate photography and film crew activities.
- Provide information for grant applications and donor relations.
- Host tours for donors and build relationships through presentations.
- Capture photo and video content for fundraising purposes.
- Ensure health and safety for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with peers for efficient resource use.
- Ensure compliance with financial, insurance, and payroll regulations.
- Compile and manage budgets.
- Oversee staff and handle HR-related tasks.This is a live-in position.
