Requirements:- Relevant qualification in Project Management or Property Management
- Minimum of 4 years experience in property management or real estate managementResponsibilities:
- Oversee the company's portfolio of real estate assets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the value and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio.
- Short Term Rental Management
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for each property, manage costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations.
