Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of new vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the automotive industry, have a passion for customer service, and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles by engaging with potential customers, showcasing vehicle features, and closing sales.


Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending the right vehicles.


Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and guide them through the purchasing process.


Test Drives: Coordinate and conduct test drives, explaining vehicle features and answering customer questions during the experience.


Negotiation: Present financing options and promotions, assist customers with trade-in evaluations, and negotiate prices to close deals.


Lead Generation: Prospect for new customers through various channels, including walk-ins, online leads, and referrals.


Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the vehicles, ensuring they have all the information needed to make a purchase.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Keep detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales status in the CRM system to track progress and ensure excellent customer service.


Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments, including finance and service, to provide a seamless buying experience for customers.


Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.



Qualifications & Requirements:


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Must have a valid driver’s license.


Previous experience using CRM systems is a plus.


A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach to sales.
