We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall dealership success. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, helping customers find the right vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage walk-in customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable new vehicle options.
Promote the features, advantages, and benefits of various new vehicle models.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, including current promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
Follow the dealership's sales process and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the buying experience.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Accurately complete sales paperwork and ensure a smooth handover to the finance and delivery teams.
Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and customer care.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a clean and presentable showroom and display vehicles.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive or retail sales (preferred but not essential).
Passion for vehicles and strong knowledge of automotive products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
Valid driver’s license.
