A leading financial services organisation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to step into the role of Head: Fraud Business Performance & Execution Fraud Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of fraud protection across various banking segments, from Everyday Banking to Corporate & Investment Banking.
This role calls for a leader who can blend analytical rigour with strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing performance scorecards, driving productivity transformation, and ensuring that advanced fraud technologies deliver sustainable return on investment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Minimum NQF7 Degree in Management, Administration, Risk or Marketing Proven experience in fraud risk management and performance delivery Strong understanding of risk methodologies and governance frameworks A strategic approach to operational execution Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams The confidence to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across complex environments EE Disclaimer:
