REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) year Qualification in Financial Management, Accounting or related fields. Minimum of Five (5) years relevant working experience in a finance department. Computer Literate (MS Office: Word and Excel). Pastel Evolution experience advantageous. Accurate Data capturing and attention to detail. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills. Able to perform under pressure. Manage and meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Disciplined in following procedures when executing tasks. Responsible, accountable and dedicated. Valid Drivers License.
DUTIES AND SKILLS:
Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Process and perform daily reconciliations of internal financial systems. Process and perform monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Analysing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts. Maintain the administrative tasks associated with the accounting function. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Attend to all queries from internal and external parties in a professional and timely manner. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; and Perform any task that is reasonably requested by the employer.
